Clear limits protect the audience, hosts and future coaching clients. These starter terms should be reviewed before paid services open.
Podcast and website content
Content is provided for general education, reflection and entertainment. It is not individual counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support or a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified professional.
No professional relationship
Watching, listening, commenting, joining an email list or submitting an issue does not create a counsellor–client, coach–client, doctor–patient or other professional relationship.
Professional status
Danny is a qualified life coach and a Level 4 trainee counsellor. Podcast content does not constitute counselling, and coaching is delivered as a separate contracted service rather than psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.
Coaching
Coaching is a separate contracted service focused on goals, patterns, choices, accountability and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not suitable for crisis intervention. Full coaching terms, fees, cancellations, confidentiality limits and safeguarding procedures must be agreed before paid work begins.
Listener submissions
Submitting a question or story does not guarantee a response or publication. The show may edit or anonymise selected material where permission has been given. Do not submit information about another identifiable person without a lawful and ethical basis.
Guest views
Guests speak for themselves. Their views do not necessarily represent those of Danny, TJ or any training provider, professional body or organisation mentioned.

The site may link to third-party platforms. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability, for which this website is not responsible.

Urgent support
This site is not monitored for emergencies. Anyone in immediate danger should use the emergency services or appropriate urgent support available in their location.
Paid coaching is provided only with appropriate insurance, client agreements, privacy documentation, cancellation terms, safeguarding procedures and clear referral boundaries in place.
