Clear limits protect the audience, hosts and future coaching clients. These starter terms should be reviewed before paid services open.
Podcast and website content
Content is provided for general education, reflection and entertainment. It is not individual counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, crisis support or a substitute for care from an appropriately qualified professional.
No professional relationship
Watching, listening, commenting, joining an email list or submitting an issue does not create a counsellor–client, coach–client, doctor–patient or other professional relationship.
Professional status
Danny is a qualified life coach and a Level 4 trainee counsellor. Podcast content does not constitute counselling, and coaching is delivered as a separate contracted service rather than psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.
Coaching
Coaching is a separate contracted service focused on goals, patterns, choices, accountability and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not suitable for crisis intervention. The founding-client price for the 8-week 1:1 programme is £800, either paid in full or in two payments of £400. This introductory rate is available to the first five clients; the planned standard price is £1,000. It includes eight weekly 60-minute sessions and one structured WhatsApp check-in each week; it does not include unlimited messaging or crisis support. The planned Issue Room Community will be a separate lower-cost Skool membership with its own scope, price and terms published before launch. Clients receive a 14-day cooling-off period with a full refund before coaching starts, and fees are not refundable once the complete programme has been delivered. Full coaching terms, scheduling, cancellations, confidentiality limits and safeguarding procedures must be agreed before paid work begins.
Listener submissions
Submitting a question or story does not guarantee a response or publication. The show may edit or anonymise selected material where permission has been given. Do not submit information about another identifiable person without a lawful and ethical basis.
Guest views
Guests speak for themselves. Their views do not necessarily represent those of Danny, TJ or any training provider, professional body or organisation mentioned.

Paid coaching is provided only with appropriate insurance, client agreements, privacy documentation, cancellation terms, safeguarding procedures and clear referral boundaries in place.
